In conjunction with the registering as participant for a scheme, the laboratory number and password was sent to your contact person in a confirmation message.
The valid laboratory number and password are written on the address label on the package information in the instructions accompanying each sample consignment.
If you can't find your laboratory number and/or password, you may contact the organiser in writing asking for those numbers. The numbers will be sent to the contact person for the laboratory.
If your laboratory wants to change password or laboratory number, it has to be done by a written message to the organiser. The new numbers will be sent to the contact person for the laboratory.
